Tom Freeland

Tom Freeland started volunteering on a conservation holiday at age 16, and he hasn’t looked back. Freeland started leading volunteers three years later when he turned 19, and he has worked in charities with a volunteering and environmental focus ever since. Since 2012, Freeland has worked in volunteer development for the ‘denationalised’ Canal & River Trust, with a remit to expand and enhance volunteering across England and Wales.
