Rebecca is currently on maternity leave from her job as National Volunteer Manager at Action Medical Research, a UK-wide medical research charity (
www.action.org.uk ), where she's worked for 2 1/2 years. She has put in place their volunteering strategy, policies and procedures, training and development programme, and other volunteer management elements.
